Mark was a gifted artist and had a passion for black and white sketch art from early childhood. Cancer was a catalyst for him to share his gift with others. Sadly, Mark passed on December 29, 2023, from a rare melanoma. Each sketch came from his heart and was inspired by spirit. We hope you enjoy them.

The Messenger

Hawk is the messenger of the spirit world. The hawk is symbolic of the use the power of focus, taking the lead when the time is right, power to see, clear vision, strong connection with spirit and increased spiritual awareness. Hawk spirit animals belong to the realm of bird medicine. It carries the symbolism that comes with the ability to fly and reach the skies.

Bear Medicine

The bear has several meanings that will inspire those who have this animal as totem: The primary meaning of the bear spirit animal is strength and confidence, standing against adversity; taking action and leadership. The spirit of the bear indicates it is time for healing or using healing abilities to help self or others. Dolphins balance their animal nature with a higher intelligence. They trust their instincts and intuition rather than overthinking things. They live peacefully with other species, including humans.
